I had a disappointing experience at this resort. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, I faced significant issues with maintenance and security that left me feeling unsafe. The location was decent, but the complete lack of security measures is a major concern. It's hard to say the value is there given the numerous problems.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. While the staff were friendly, the overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. The room we were assigned to was outdated and filthy, making it hard to enjoy our stay. Additionally, the facilities, including the pool, were not adequately cared for, which was disappointing, especially for a family-oriented resort spa.

My stay at this hotel unfortunately turned out to be quite disappointing. The room was dirty, with unkempt towels and carpets. I also felt unsafe due to a lack of security measures, which made me uneasy throughout the night. While the location was decent, the promised amenities, like the water park, were closed without any warning. I can't recommend this place based on my experience, as I found much better options nearby.

We had an amazing family vacation with clean and updated rooms, and the pool was tons of fun with attentive lifeguards.
